Ok, I'm going to do the cambelt when I get the time.
Although the kit is £140 from VW!
The milage is currently 38,500 but today I noticed the sticker on the door says the next service is at 49,000 or 10/12/10 so I don't know why the service light has come on?

There's a strange squeak when ever you release the accelerator pedal. It's gradually getting worse. If you rock the front drivers side wheel it makes the same noise with a lot of back and forth wheel ...

Our Polo 1.4 SE petrol is now out of warrantee and is due a service. I have a couple of questions.
We bought the car in 2005 new. The last service was at 28,711 miles and it had; inspection service, oil change, plugs and filter changed. Do I take it that this ...

Cheers.
The Yaris was a lot nicer to drive, almost sporty. Quite good fun. Boot space was minimal and the stereo was very poor and couldn't be changed easily.
The Jazz was ok to drive, but wasn't for us. The rear seats looked like they had come straight from a minibus, the carpet moved around when ...

Just ordered a Polo GP
Hi, just registered on here.
My girlfriend ordered a Polo GP 1.4 5 door SE yesterday.
We origionally only went to VW to browse, didn't think we'd ever buy one!
Out of the other cars we looked at (Honda Jazz, Toyota Yaris) it was by far the best.
