what Offset etc (18")

i am wanting to put 18" now i have saved up for all my bodywork to be done and want a set of rims to have fitted while it's in the shop, i have seen that some people have et32 et35 and so on and don't want to buy a set of rims and them rub, any help please, also people with 18" do you have any ...

18" & -50mm

i have seen a polo on polo9n.com and it has 18" and is lowered 50mm do you think he has had any other work done or will it be all to do with offset and tyres etc.

18" rims

i know there is severalposts about 18" wheels but non that suit what i want to do.

i am wanting to get 18" on and also keep my suspension at -35mm without having to alter anything, so idea's on offset plz.

no deffinetly not a sticker that would be a dreadful thing to do to my car.
well am not too sure if its the complete welding job one but i have been looking around for the past few months then i saw the pics of dan's car (see members rides) and that has one and looks very nice

9n engine/exhaust rattle

hi, i have noticed that when the engine is cold the engine sounds abit rough/rattly but once it gets warm is fine, does anyone have any answers?

the original arches have been flared out 35mm more and takes about 2-3 weeks to do and about £1700

anything else you need to know just ask

well keeping stum wont save him now, the bodyshop he had it done at has told me prices and what they have to do etc.

HI, I HAVE SEEN DAN'S POLO 9N (MEMEBERS RIDES) AND HE HAS HAD THE ARCHES WIDENED AND WANTED TO KNOW IF THERE IS A KIT FOR IT OR HAS THE BODY SHOP ROLLED THE EXISTING ARCHES, LIKE THE DAHLBACK POLO THAT HAS THE WIDE ARCHES BUT I DON'T WANT THEM THAT WIDE.

17" to 18"

hi, i have a set of 17" multi spoke and dropped 30mm and think they are too small but the spokes are small and it makes the wheels look tiny, i was thinking of going for 18" and maybe dropping it more as it is sitting a good 2" out of the arch, can anyone give advice on what to do, i.e. go for ...

go for 18's, i have 17" multi spoke and think they look abit too small, i have only had them three months and am wanting to go for bigger wheels maybe even 19" for that something different.
