This car is a true masterpiece. You've built an absolute amazing vehicle and i'm very jealous!

Was the car originally a gti? Only, as stated, the front bumper is different, there is no climate control (I know not all of them had it, but you'd think in poland they would) and there's a headlight ...

Hello again :)

I'm just after upgrade my front brakes.

1. My old GTi brake disc (256mm)

2. New EBC brake disc - turbo groove (280mm). Carriers are from G60 and pads from Polo GTi.

Yes - that is standard inlet manifold, but manifold had polished pipe. Engine was worked for new pistons and billet rods.

Good looking car, and I appreciate the investment you have made in the quest for more power.

However, you don't mention a brake upgrade, and by the looks of things you are still using the 256mm fronts?

Surely with that much power, you are running a risk everytime you want to enjoy it though? With ...

custom Blow Off Valve BOV
custom Pauter’s billet rod

HI

Have YOU got any experience with durability of gearbox in Polo GTi 6N2?
How many bhp and lb ft of torque?
I'm aksing for only gearbox - clutch is strengthened.

In original polo has 11,5 compression ratio - this very much to turbo, even for boost about 0,5.

Hello :)
In my polo is 60/40 kit H&R. I lowered polo about 3 years ago and I drived with this kit about 50k miles. It's very good kit and him quality is very high. My next kit will be H&R too :)
