Im about to change out the thermostat housing and thermostat.

Do i need to apply some type of sealant between the housing and block?

The thermostat came assembled already, should i remove, apply sealant and reassemble?

Recently got a 99 1.4

Went about replacing the ratty vacuum line that literally fell off just by touch. The new ones are all the ones in green. So I'm not sure if this is all correct. Can someone help me out?
