They fobbed me off on my last car that had a seatbelt issue because they claimed not to be able to replicate the fault. So I'm hoping they don't try the same excuse with the screen!

I got the same letter. Like you say, it's the second product recall and I've only had my car for 7 months. My last two Polos had no such issues!

I got a MK10 SE Polo in September last year and recently noticed an issue with the screen on the Infotainment system. There's a slight black line towards the right of the display. I use Apple CarPlay and first noticed it because it runs down the middle of the fourth row of the app icons.
