Not sure about the first bit but yes you can make the windows roll up or down with the key in the lock (Doesn't do the alarm though!)

Mine was making noises for about 5k before it gave up, couldn't have come at a better time, just before xmas!! :lol: You let your gearbox whine for 5000 miles?! I'd take mine to the garage Straight away Yep...it was only a faint whine, I knew it would go eventually....was just pushing my luck reall...

The costs would indeed be astronomical. There is a chap registered on Tyresmoke who has a 6N2 with a 1.8T transplant and has been busy working on 4WD running gear... Do you have a link to that Si? :D linky Thanks - I've seen that Polo at no-rice....does it have something to do with the Phirm?

14" BBS Alloys - 4x100

BBS Alloys.... 4x100, 6.5x14 ET30, CB 57.1 (VW) Centres have been sprayed silver with a mirror polished lip, on the whole there very clean, no curbing etc…however there are a few chips on the centre cap hex. Would look good on a mk3 or very low mk4!! I’m based in Farnborough, Hampshire, near M3 ...
