Not really neil. I can make it a direct fit if i knew the size of the standard bore on the mk5.

It has been made to fit a car that has a 2" system which is what im puting on ours if we keep it.

The "other cable" (not the power) should go into the screens.

Is there a red light coming on, on the inverter?
On mines a red light come on and it buzzes if it is starting to over heat.


Im actually having problems with mines just now too, But im just gonna remove it cos i never use it in the car ...

I origionally wanted coilovers, but 2 of my mates have been trying to talk me out of getting them.
They say its hard to adjust them to what you would like, I dont need them as the car wont really be getting thrashed hard around corners.
and they wont be comfortable, which is something my wife wants ...

Badboy, What kind of suspension do you have and how do you find it.
