noticed some nice four stud bbs alloys on a mini cooper at the gym the other night.... was the first shape one not the current model - would these just fit straight onto my gti or are there problems with offsets etc?

So I may be better continuing to follow the how-to guides and trimming my existing board to fit?

remote key question
Hi Guys, Have been looking at the how to flip key guides, and ordered myself an empty key from ebay which I received the other day... However I noticed on the side of my existing key it says 433mhz as the frequency, and on the casing of the new flip key it also says 433mhz - this would imply you can...

I remember when I first got the car I got VW to put a jig on the gearbox and check the alignment - I se...

Re: garage used different oil
Hi Alex,
Thanks for the reply - have spoken with the garage and they say they have a database system that tells them exactly what they can use... They are double checking this for me... in the meantime I spoke to VW and they say it's fine to put 5w40 in the engine - i'm confused now!!

garage used different oil
hi guys,
local garage did an oil change last week for me, they refilled with 5w40 instead of the usual 10w40 - - does this matter?
