After some searching on my car for the abs issue I found a pretty bad leak from the water pump. It explains a lot because my partner comes to me once a month saying the car beeped at her and its to do with cooling.

Unless its the wire or pick up.
Also I put in the new sensor with a washer because for some reason the sensor before was hitting the washer/reluctor ring. That might change the values but I have checked with a couple of mechanics of mine and they said its pretty common to do that.
