Yes that’s correct the low dipped is not working but the main beam is working ok along with sidelights and fog lights.

Thanks for the help I’ll have a look at the relay first. So when you say switch are you referring to the main light switch or the stalk switch that switches between dipped and main beam?

Hi everyone I’ve just signed up to the site. I have a 2013 polo 1.4 and have recently had a problem with the dipped beam on the headlights.
