After adding 2 wires and coding I got a little wrong result. Only the left buttons work, which repeat the right steering column lever. the right buttons do not work. no radio ...

After coding with VCDS everything works fine!
I still have the original steering column with cruise control and menu buttons, and the menu buttons on the stalk works as before. And no lost non-compatible functions on the steering wheel.
