Lowered on g60 steelies.
Black badges front and back
Red trim on front grill.
Now has vw roof rails

The roof rails were off ebay.
Proper VW ones.
think i paid 60 delivered.

Campsite about 2 min drive from Hawkshead.

Didn't have the standard BBS wheels But instead some other standard polo alloys.

Didn't have my car, went in a mates.

I have the same problem with the washer fluid.

Haven't got round to taking a proper look.

Let me know how you get on solving this.

Saw a new set, with rubber on Edition38 for £300. Seemed a bit pricey to me, but they were £380 new apparently.

Worth a look, and perhaps an offer :wink:

Well i paid around £26ish + vat, plus £18 postage.
so about £140 altogether.

Plus what ever tyres you put on,

Is the bolt that was stuck completely knackered, or can you reuse it?

Yeah total stripped the head trying to get it out.

I think they really suit the car, will be better on tuesday when i get the centre caps, forgot to order them with the wheels.

Has anyone used a Simota induction kit :?: Looks the same as the BMC kit.

Saw one on Ebay few months ago, got out bid :(
Got one on my GTI, Rev smoother and rev up faster than stock filter,
when it comes near 5000 or above, it runs wild and louder,
feel like no restriction between 5000-6900rpm ...

Mine does it, infact i think all the cars i have had did the same.

I wouldn't bother on a black car.You'll not notice it.

Plus if you ever catch the splitter on anything you aint gonna chip any paint off.

A question for the people in the north east who have had their car's lowered.

Where did you get your camber done?

Rang around but no where seems to wanna do it to a lowered car.

Seen the Polo GTi as a learner car as well.
