Re: POLO 6R. HEATED SEATS. OEM.
This is what I recieved almost 2 years ago. I installed the week i got it, I haven't had issues so far. :D You might need to code your BCM, otherwise adding the female end for the fuse is the trickiest bit. I believe the pads (made by Gentherm the same OEM as the 6R0 pads) are from a China/east asia...

You know when you think he cant do anything more to his car, he still manages to do/change something.
It's crazy to think about how much time/effort/money this project has cost you.
Bravo sir.

Re: Engine, EPC, ESP and Tire puncture. Shaking.
I would try and recheck if everything is connected propperly. Recheck your (or your mechanics) work. Dont discount that your new parts might be defective. This is a long shot but: Because 1.2 TSI engines are direct injection and EGR is a thing because of emissions you might have filthy valves which ...

There might be an electrical break between the steering wheel and the BCM (Clockspring / wiring / button modules)

Re: Newbie - Help Steering Wheel and Stereo
Hey,
Asking for help on forums is hard for the poeple in these forums if you dont provide information.
Typically pictures and VCDS autoscans are nice to diagnose things, as a lot of parts have different versions depending on where you are from.
Please provide more info.

Re: RCD330 with Rear USB
People have mixed results as the cable being used to solder onto the pads isn't a high quality cable.
If you do this it might be worth it to source your own usb cable with thicker conductors and better shielding.

Re: Solution for faulty heated seat
Measuring the elements resistance with a multimeter might be worth while to diagnose which part is faulty. Try measuring against eachother L/R see if the values are around the same. 6R0963555F - Bottom heating element 6R0963557D - Backrest heating element As for source like Iichel said, VW parts dep...

Re: POLO 6R. HEATED SEATS. OEM.
Ive had these aliexpress mats kit for longer than a year now. No issues. All parts seem like oem parts. Did they provide everything needed for the install? Also do you still have the link from who you bought it? Yes, everything is provided with the kit. I have bought it from the same store you have...

Re: Car locking feature playing up
Do you have access to a OBD scan tool like OBDeleven VCDS etc?
It might be that one of the locks in the doors might have gone bad.

I have been lurking this forum for a while, I must say I am really impressed what you (and others like ciclo) have done to your cars! I couldn't imagine the time/money spent and brain cells fried on your projects! I have one question though, since your car now has the 1.6 TDI, isn't it technically n...

Re: Changing Speedo cluster from MPH to KPH
You can change the dial(s), but you will need to change the scales with VDOeditor. You can find VDO editor here: https://skodapilot.com/vdoeditor/?lang=en You will need a serial programmer with SOIC-8 clip: You can find a guide on how to use the serial programmer with VDO dashboards I made here: htt...
