I'm far from an expert on these things and others may well have more informed ideas............ but given the noise is only occuring on full lock I'd suggest it could be more driveshaft related on the right side only as this joint is being flexed to the extreme when turning full lock on a slow right ...

Anyone recommend a quality replacement - plus I'm not sure what dia the arb is exactly as car not local / with me at present.

Does anyone have a part number for the O ring that sits inside the intercooler pipe where it adjoins to the throttle body. CZE engine if applicable please ?

It's about 67mm roughly ?
