I have done it recently. The challenge is compressing spring to get cotters out. To hold valve up i turned piston down, stuffed thick rope into cylinder and turned piston up. That holds valve in place pretty well. Obviously don't stuff all the rope in cos you need to retrieve it again. I welded a ...

How would one code new keys then. I understood you'd need an operational key to activate additional keys.

If the only operational key I have stops working do I need to replace the the key and instrument cluster as a unit. I understand on the 2002 9n the immobiliser is integrated in the instrumentation cluster.

Good day all.
In an ongoing saga with the leds which illuminate my rev and speedo needles I found that the leds are connected in series where if one dies then all 4 stop working.
I have removed them from the board but can't seem to see a part number.
