I have had a felt for anything loose... but cant feel anything, that i think shoul d be tight and isn't...

actually, i'll double check the haynes manual when i go down to halfords...

This happens now and then...

its sounds like im having a clutch prob, i here a loud rattling noise, in the low revs and when im pressing and depressing my clutch. i had my clutch replaced early this year, and i now it aint worn out cuz my bit is still low... any ideas?

mine is non turbo - good torque, but now its even better, HAD the same as the pull you described.

Definately get the filter, the only reason i bought it cuz i saw it for £5, wish i bought 2 now! no smoke comes out.

I am getting a clutch this weekend, so i will tell the mechanic to take the other ...

For some strange but good reason, my diesel doesnt sound like a diesel, with the exception of morning start ups, when is idling over 11krpms, but onces that initial dropped, then it goes quiet, now with the knn in, it just sounds like BBBRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR, just like if ...

I put the kn filter on where i thought it should be, just incase, and i does sound beefer, and has increased the rpm range, before it was between 3 - 4000 and now its is 3 all the way to redline....

i will jack it up on the weekend, and with regards to the haynes manual, there are all closed up ...

I am about to add a cone K&N Filter to my polo (1999) 1.9D CL 6n2, so it could get a but more of a beefier sound, by way is the air filter?

above the engine there is a bay, which the pipe seems to flow to it, i opened it up by there isn't a air filter in there!

I am hoping the service ...

When i attempt to start the car, sometimes a loud viberating rattle comes up, may be from the gearbox, however, if i leave the key in ignition for some 30secs (maybe after a few times) or so, it starts up and runs fine.

this sound is way above the normal. imagine smashing a hammer against the engine, thats how loud it is, it only happens for a second or so, then the car shuts off
