I just noticed this thread, I posted about this the other day, apparently OBDEleven can only turn it off on cars up 2020, after that it is not possible according to OBDEleven support.
I am looking for a solution for our 2023 MY and haven't found one yet.

I previously disabled the start stop on our MY2014, with OBDEleven, worked fine for 7 years.
Have just sold that car, just bought a MY2023 Polo, and the guys on the OBDEleven forum tell me even the Next Gen dongles they won't alloy start stop be deactivated for any car 2020 onwards, They ...
