Hi, I am getting high idle revs just below 1500, no dashboard warnings, use lower gears when driving, and consuming a lot of fuel. Took it to a local garage that services Audi and VW and they did a drive to monitor the voltage which was at 12.6v. They said it should be at 13.5v and will fully do a check and another test drive.

I'm not sure if my car has the petrol particulate filter although it does have a section on that in my car manual. It says for regen the particulate filter symbol will not light up, but I don't see it anywhere on my dashboard. I have taken my car on the motorway for half an hour with revs touching 3...

Thanks for explaining, mine is a petrol and yes I drive short journeys around town (around 7 miles there and 7 miles back). Only been on long motorway journeys twice all this time I've had it. I will try method and update you.
