I was wrong about the brake disc sizes too. They are actually 256mm at the front and a 200mm drum at the rear. So to recap it is rhd, petrol, the last 5 digits of the vin are 36267.

These are the vcds scans the mechanic took

Possibly. I left the car with the mechanic and he says that's the coding was absent and he couldn't do anything. That's why I'm here. I'll try and get him to send me what he has in the morning

No it's a petrol engine

So 82 not 42 on the 15 byte

I was wondering if you could help me. There is no saved abs coding data on my 2012 1.6l polo hatchback. I saw your post on how to generate a new code its lhd, 256mm front disc and 230 rear disc. Manual. Last 5 digits of vin are 36267.
So I would make that
21 02 28 c2 41 70 00 b8 84 27 14 ...
