That what I had assumed.
I don't understand why there is a price on ETKA(carprog2). Any ideas?

Currently, I don't know where the trade embargo applies ...to ordinary people. 😉
Fortunately, no one can impose a friendship embargo. 🤗
In any case, I sincerely wish you good luck!
Thank you!

Re: Sourcing Heated Windscreeen
I have contacted my a VW Dealership and made more progress this time. I followed RUM4MO advice and only gave the part number and they gave me more infomation.
It turns out that no one has it in the UK and VW germany doesn't have any so they are on back order.

My local dealership (Marshalls) had no idea what it was when I gave they the part number and gave me a quote for a replacement screen of what I have currently fitted, and I find them to be unreliable.amer6R wrote: Wed Oct 15, 2025 1:26 pm Why not go thru the dealer? Maybe they can source it directly.

Re: Which window regulator modules do I need for fitting power folding wing mirrors?
I'm trying to get my power folding wing mirrors sorted, as since fitting the new wing mirrors, the switch and window regulator motors, not only does the new folding function not work, the electrical adjustment and heating do not work. I have these wires to add (see attached photo), but where do ...

Re: Folding Mirror Retrofit Comfort Coding
I hadn't come across that during my research so thank you.
I will probably try and source new WRM's as I couldn't find any info on flashing them, but now I will know what to look for.
Thank you for all your help, your knowledge if incredible and your polo is an inspiration

Re: Folding Mirror Retrofit Comfort Coding
Thank you for the detailed response.
I purchased both wrm from ebay, which is why they are from different years.
I can confirm that the left WRM has the pins. It also folds on the switch with the coding 08BC34, but not with comfort.

Hi Ciclo
Thank you for your help.
When I use the A1 coding, the left window will only move on a half-press on the switch and won't do anything on a full press.
When I use the A3 coding the left window will only move 1cm at a time.
I can confirm that mine is a RHD 6R
Are there any other codings ...

Hello All,
I have followed Ciclo's Guide and successfully installed the mirrors and wiring, but they only on the switch.
When I have tried both codings (2 and 4 Door) in the guide, but my left window doesn't work with them. It will move less than a cm and then stop.

Re: Front crash bar/cross member torques
Hi,
I think that they are 30Nm, bolt 12 on the diagram
The best place to find torque specs is the manuals which are on ERWIN

Thank you for your reply!iichel wrote: Thu Jun 27, 2024 7:01 pm The latest is the E at the end, depending on your needs, perhaps a B would be sufficient already. But new is always better.
I have seen that some people say that E is for 315MHz on a polo BCM. Is it different with a transporter BCM?
