usaly you'll have to get the extra bit of pipe welded to your cat, and the is a replacment for your flexi joint.

6n2 shocks etc wont fit a 6n as theb top mount set up is diffrent. sorry to say can i have that free polo then gota 20vt to fit?

Hi guys and girls im back in the market for another polo mite have one but not 100% yet.
just wondering if any of you have under the 1.8t conversion?
if so can some peps give me some info on the g'box used, managment etc i know it will just bolt in but i just need to know all the bits i need.

sound more like the barrel is stick? is it stiff to turn now? if so try puting some wd40 down it as that'll help, if not possible that the steering lock wasn't in line to be relest if it happens again try moving the steering wheel and turning the key.

most polo 6n's are rod box's unless modded easyest way for you to find out is get under your car and look in the centre tunnel where the exhaust runs and above the rear 'box mount is the shifter lever, which i would beleive to be rod.

on things like the mainfold its aways u pay for the quialty if its cheap it will more than likely crack (standard on stainless mainfolds anyway, you must stiffen engine mounts). another on the cheaper ones u cant garente that it will fit with out large mods. i opted for a supersprint one, these alwa...
