Right had this problem for sometime and its now time to get it sorted.

Whenever I drive the car any distance, say after maybe 20 presses of the clutch it starts to creak and feel stiff. But if I leave the car it goes back to normal then starts again...

I know polo's have pedal box problems but ...

Pedal box f****d again

Well its safe to say im pissed off. Ive had this fixed before and its funking expensive.

The part itself is cheap as chips but the labour bumps it right up.

Could I do this myself?

Cheers for any help

Fitting a bigger bmc

Got the chance to buy a BMC CDA on tuesday, however I think its the 1.6 and over version. My Engines a 1.4 8v, and I presumed it would be fine as its just more air which i didnt think would be bad.

However someone mentioned that it might cause the engine to run lean?

Thoughts and Oppinions please!

Theres a screw up by where the tweeter is, start with that. Then prise of the doorhandle and take out the two bolts, then u need to go round the panel, sticking a screw driver between that and the door prising it off all round, might take a bit of force

Hope that helps
