my wipers are getting worse, so im gonna buy some new ones. what are the best size wipers to put on the front? im not thinking of aero wipers at the moment just puttin on the bog standard bosch type.

do 21" drivers / 19" passenger fit ok? i know the standard size is around 19" so im thinking 21 ...

you can get the mcgard one's to fit, ive got them on my alloys. they are better, as the key for them is a unique shape and cannot be undone without the key

I can give you the mcgard part number i used if you want? so you can get them off ebay or from halfords as they stock them

You'd prob need to buy a set of vw locking nuts from the dealer also though, to replace on of the normal bolts one each alloy wheel, for security

yer true, i called vw the other day and found out they're around £12 each. so then i heard about mcgard locking nuts which are probably the same thing ...

well i got the kalayami alloys i was talking about getting, and am now wondering - do i need different bolts to fit them securely?

i currently have the original bolts for the vw 13"steelies on the car (steelies are still on)- is it a straightforward swap? or do i need some new bolts ...

thanks for the extra pic. yep love the alloys (and the squirrel) haha - im gonna get these alloys off my mate - but do you reckon i can use my normal bolts on them or do i need longer ones? also i will need locking nuts - i guess i have to get vw ones....? wonder how much those will cost...?
