i usually clean mine once a month with fairy then dry them with wd40 and an airline spray on some silicone then rub copper grease into the threads and around the cups to keep them nice and clean and fresh

just get it slammed down, id say get coilovers if u can stretch so u have much more adjustment but yes springs and shocks are fine as well, im onto my second car now running 120mm lower than stock and no major problems, yes u have to get the tracking and camber donw but thats no biggy.

central locking help needed ASAP

the missus mk4 polo is messing about with the locking. i havnt seent it yet but apparently the locks work if u put the buttons down but wont lock with the key in the door? as in u cant centrally lock the car, also the boot can be unlocked from outside but has to be unlocked from the inside? im think...

hey guys pull off the xcuttle cover and check for leaves in there if it fills up (which they do) the water gets pulled thro the fan system and strait into the floor
