Over 2000 views and no one has any ideas?

I have a 2006 1.4 TDI polo, it's been spot on for 4000 miles but all of a sudden it's developed a bussing type noise from the front somewhere, it gets hight pitched the faster I go, on idle it sound normal but after around 30mph the noise starts and by 60 it's decently loud, its hard dto describe ...

I have had my 2006 1.4 tdi polo 5 door for 2 weeks now and bought it without a handle on the driver's side (right side) to get the rear seat to lower down. It's just a hole in the seat, the passenger side works perfectly fine.

Is there anywhere I can get a handle from or a way to be able to lower ...
