Unbelievably I had the same problem. The first time I noticed was when I was on the motorway and the steering wheel vibrated in what seemed like a high pitch.

If it's anything like the A pillar rattle I had, it's probably the trim clunking against the chassis. It might be best to push and pull the trim around the area to see if you can replicate the noise when stationary and then pack it out with rubber strips or just pack anything out that has a gap lol ...

What's your goal here ? The fastest way to find your answer, would be to ask directly to tuners who worked with the gen 4
