I like the mesh ones but the slatted ones do look better!

I found my rear smoked lights on ebay for around about £65 for the pair which I thought was good because they are really nice, pic below:

I've already done that, it left all the glue down my doors and although i've tried everything people on here have suggested to get it off, my polo is White and it just doesn't want to budge.
Petrol, WD40, T-Cut pretty much everything but paint stripper.....

I'll have to see what I can do with Demon Tweeks because the seats are 'Huntmasters' but I haven't got a clue what model they are...

I might just try and hack the standard frames off and try and find a way of getting mine onto the old frames...

I'm looking into getting my debadged grill and door strips sprayed with the colour of my car, I don't want to do it myself because I'm lazy and I'll make a gash job!

I got Full Comp in my first year of driving with a Local independant broker for £340 (bargain) but thats because they only cover my area + because car crime & accidents are so low on the Isle of Wight they hardly ever have to pay out.
In my second it came down to £250 with 1NCB.

Same thing happend to my rear wiper, I had a mate look at it and he had to take the motor to pieces and fix some connections inside....something like that anyway but it seems to be a common problem a few of my mates with polos have had the same problem. Either order a new motor or have someone that ...

Biddle, what frames did you buy? Can you just buy universal polo subframes that my seats can just bolt onto or do you need to buy frames that are specific to the buckets that I have brought?

If you just brought universal ones could you let me know which ones you have and if possible where I can get ...

The 1.4's main floor is acceleration in the first few gears from a stand still. That does unfortunatly come from the majority being only 8v, my mum has just got an 05' 1.2 Polo Twist which is 12v and driving that I can feel so much difference.

Its hard to say what would actually stop this problem ...

When you type it in to ebay it will probs say that its for a 1.4 8v but if you type it in on the K&N website, if memory serves, it comes up saying it is fittable to 1.4 and 1.6 8v Polos.

Although buying it from K&N directs is more expensive so try and buy it else where.

I havent got pics at the moment but I can take some within the next few days and post them....

I'm not 100% but I wouldnt have thought so. Looks like its a different shape for one thing, and even if it does fit in it might not have the same clips in the same places.

I think I can pick up a pair of frames for about £40 in a local store. I'm with you mate, I'd rather do it that way then hacking off the old frame too. Thanks for the help lads. Once the seats are re-upholstered i'll try and get some pics up...

I think i know the bolt you mean. You put the seats all the way back so that you can see a small bolt under the front of the seat next to the slide leaver and then once thats un bolted the whole runner system and seat will slide out the back of the runners?

Is there anyway of getting the seat off ...

I'm looking for an exhaust for my 6n, I don't care if its loud or quiet but I want it to sit in the same place as the standard exhaust & back back does but with the tail pipe just visable from pointing down behind the rear bumper.
