and 60mm ona spring kit is just about comfortable, if u were able 2 go lower on springs, u wud most likely feel every crack on the road never mind bump, colies solve that problem im sure or at least help for wen u wanna go lower.

just buy a 5L bottle man, ullwill need a couple of litres so buy the 5L onejust 2be safe and just use semi-synthetic

just change, the sprakplugs, oil filter and airfilter, dosnt sound like u need alot done, but yea the haynes manual is well worth the money
