It's possible.
Sometimes, disconnecting the negative battery terminal for 20 seconds restores the control modules to life (hard reset) when power is restored.
After this, clear all DTCs with VCDS.
Make sure the comfort function is working correctly.
Then, try raising and lowering the windows with ...

Did you disconnect the battery at any point?
Try to fix it by resetting the comfort function using the power window buttons. It's explained in the owner's manual.

This GTI has good room for improvement and upgrades... ( very nice 8)).

Since this morning, i'm not able to roll the windows up or down with keyfob anymore.
My battery is charged, and the keyfob cell is brand new too.

Everything is working inside the car for the windows regulator/switch but i can't do this functions anymore. Any ideas ? On a Polo 6R ...
