Our 9n has been back to the dealer twice in an attempt to make the rear aero wiper clean correctly. The wiper misses a patch in the middle. It's still not sorted.

The nearside is easy enough, just locate where the bulb goes, remove the cover and extract the bulb. The offside is another story because the fuel filter is in the way. If you are really stuck on this side, post again and I'll list how you get at it.

Thanks for that, I certainly didn't take your comment as being directed at me! Don't worry about it! We only wish that we could find a decent dealer. Unfortunately one company has taken over all the dealers within a 50 mile radius of where we live.

Don't want to depress you but it took the VW dealer a month to get new front seats for our Polo and then they were pinched from a new, unregistered car!
Give them a week and then insist that they stop messing you around and 'borrow' a seat from a new car.
