just saw your post.Firstly to unplug the ecu, you have to gain access to it under the panel in the engine compartment under the windscreen....near the windscreen motor. There is a large multiplug that goes into the side of the ecu.When i looked at mine i couldn't figure out how it was ...

have been down that road.The free download from Ross-Tech is very basic I think.You may be able to read some fault codes but you will not be able to reprogramme the throttle body with it!.If it was that simple, Ross-Tech wouldn't make any money.A good scan with Vag.Com. possibly with the ...
