my 2002 1.9 tdi sport has just decided to start transmitting every bump and rattle through the steering wheel also makes the dash rattle annoyingly. Had it checked out by a m8 but he cant see anything obvious. Any ideas folks?? Btw its still as normal over speed bumps etc so dont think anything is s...

i had similar on a mk1 escort years ago. turned out the engine earth strap was snapped and the engine was using any earth available

a hair dryer and dental floss is a lot safer to ur paint. warm up the badge and get in behind with the floss using a sawing action. residue can be removed with wd40 or non acetone nail polish remover

halfrauds do a Meguires Kit, clay bar and lube, just follow the instructions. You might also try signing up to detailing world, there will be someone in ur area that will have a polishing kit
