Fitting headlights on a MK2 polo

Hi - I'm going to get some grief about this but how the hell do you replace a headlight on a MK2 polo, one of mine has got a bad crack so have got a new one and thought it would be a 2 min job but I cant see an easy way to change it!!

Any help appreciated!
