Got one side done, took about an hour with a credit card, hairdryer, loada white spirit and a quick wash down afterwards!

Is this difficult to do or do they just pull off? Will I be left with marks or should it be ok? Any advice on how to do this would be appreciated!

Since Saturday she hasn't been starting well without revving her a load. She just cuts straight out, even with clutch in etc. Any ideas what it could be?

It means it needs a service, can't remember which one though. It should say in the Manual.

I've had her for about a week now, done some small mods like debadging, clear indicators on front and side with chrome surround
and some other little tidying up bits

First thing I wanted to know was if the pins on the indicator bulbs on the polo are off set or opposite? I'm ordering chrome bulbs and they need to know but as I don't have the car yet I can't have a look - any info would be appreciated!

VW did make a 1.3 for the Mk4 polo, albeit only for the first year or so of production before it was replaced by the 1.4. There's a few of us on here with 1.3 mk4's.

As for the bug, she needs work doing like the shocks, welding etc as well as cosmetic stuff - so it's pretty much full on!

Just brought myself a Polo L yesterday as a run around as I am about to start a resto on my '76 beetle which is my daily at the mo!
