Inlet manifold

Hi....
I have a 1990 mk2 polo 1.05ltr. I am suspecting a hairline crack in my inlet manifold, which is creating running problems. Are mk2/mk3 inlets the same? I have a weber carb, will a peirsburg carb inlet manifold fit? Are the 1.05ltr and 1.3 ltr manifolds the same?

Obviously i need to find an ...

The spluttering and cutting out is starting again, when i start up the engine idles perfect, when i set if it either cuts out or struggles to move off ...

how do i stop the coughing and spluttering though? is it just the remainder of the oil going through the system? does my black airbox need a thorough clean out? i have cleaned it as best i could using rags and carb cleaner.

HELP

HI....
I was in nottingham earlier today and a problem occured with my 1043cc mk2 squareback. I ended up in the Radford area of Nottm, and unbeknown to me, my oil breather underneath carb was blocked and dumped oil in and around my carb. Causing it to splutter, cough and generally break down. My ...

To be honest, if car thieves want your car bad enough they will have it, my mate had his sierra cosworth stolen 3 weeks after he bought it. That had a top of the range alarm and tracker, pikeys picked it up using an hi-ab crane on a truck and 2 slings, they hoisted it on the back while he was ...

Gotta agree with tupac there, when u use a sealed box the only air that really moves is inside the enclosure. I have a much better bass now that there is two, the car just seems to vibrate with waves of bass. Love it!
Right, the surround was fairly easy really, just got a flat blade screwdriver and ...

Many thanx for the help guys, will refit the spoiler using the recommended equipment. I'm surprised that the spoiler hasn't fallen off yet. I have a front component set waiting to be fitted in the front, however, i have no idea where to fit them, would it be best to cut away half the door pocket and ...
