Pick the GTI up today!
Will get a few miles on it then probably just stick to the APR stage 1.
Will be sticking some springs on aswell. Sits way too high for me!

New Polo GTI DTUK or Remap?
Well after 6 years of being away from this forum since selling my 9N3 GTI I am back ( and remembered my password!). I'm looking at buying a new Poli GTI for my wife. Viewed it today and had a shot of a demo one. If we do go through with the sale I will be wanting to add a little more power as it did...

Yeah they will but think they will need to be under 18" wheels. 17" might be a tight fit?

Re: Dyno Readout Makes Me Sad :(
I had the cat removed on my Polo and it brought up the emissions light but never went into limp mode, thats just BS they are hitting you with. I just removed the probe and tied it off under the car and plugged the hole it was fine. Surely you can feel the difference between 190-195bhp and std? Have ...

Re: Replacement for my GTI MK6
Think the ED35 is going to the having the EA113 K04 unit Just waiting on VW to confirm this. Not sure what I will do with my Golf, I do love it and since going to REVO Stage 2 its extremeley quick and good fun to drive but the GTI lacks a bit of style! Plus I never ordered xenons from factory!!!

Re: Replacement for my GTI MK6
Any news on what engine they will be using?
TFSI or a tuned TSI? Wouldnt consider changing my GTI for one if it was going to be the same engine as I already have.

Re: 9n3 rear gti badge, on or off
Seen a few 9n3 (not GTIs) with the badge off and it just looks weird and unfinished and a bit boy racery! Maybe remove the badge and get bodyshop to paint the inserts pearl black? Ignore what I said, thought you meant the VW! Take it off, and if you dont like it put it back on. Took mine off when I...

Re: My New Car (Polos BigBro) Wee Update
Cheers guys, got them off ebay. Went for the 5000K ones rather than the 6000K.
Got the sidelights from HIDs4u, 501 is the bulb type, same as the Polo's.
