mine are better than the standard setup but again i am using mintex 1144 pads which are fast road/light track and the genuine g60 discs. if you are doing the upgrade the genuine pads were tested better than most aftermarket brands like ebc greenstuff, ferodo etc. the genuine disc and pad combo is ...

if its not the factory fitted immobiliser/alarm then the best bet is to get it removed or at least checked out by a specialist in your area.

the click sound when you turn it on is the clutch in the aircon pump engaging, which is nothing to worry about. as for the winding sound, if it comes and goes its probably the fan cutting in and out to control the heat of the aircon pipes. mine makes a squealing noise shortly after startup but only ...

i'd go for the eagle f1's. i used the toyos and the f1s which i currently have and i think the toyos dry weather grip is probably better than the f1s but the f1s are more consistant in different weather conditions. the toyos do wear quicker but they are cheaper. i dont think you can really go far ...

the finish isnt really better with a mop its just faster at getting you to that finish. i used a mop with autosol to finish mine and they ended up uber shiny! as for keeping the shine i just autosol them every couple of weeks by hand.
