when/where is it? nevermind I found it, Not sure Sunday is good for me I normally work as it's one of the busiest days of the week at the Restaurant where I work.

Alex I just realised we both own a Mk3 and a polo GTi it does make things a lot easier when you need to work on one or the other

the guy who did it was just a kid and the manager was a real prick... I really wasn't going anywhere talking to him, turned out OK as my regular garage drilled it out for free for me and gave me a new bolt

yeah mine were like that before I did them, Even after all the sanding with wet and dry it was still almost impossible to completely eliminate the pitting, you end up with areas with little black dots, if you then apply something to protect them and polish them regularly the pitting is hardly notice...

the GTi version is looking OK but not brilliant... i think maybe the headlights are too high up and the car is looking a bit plump

have you tried the scrappies? or you could always fabricate your own...
