i think it is to save weight more than money tbh, becuase the compressor and tyre seleant costs about £130 from dealer

yeah i have but it does not really tell you how to take the valve from your punctured tyre out

on the new GTi, you get a compressor and seleant, any ideas how to use it, i understand that you remove the valve on your broken tyre sqeeze the seleant in and then blow the tyre up but how do you remove the valve?

i know this may not be relevent but on my old fiesta i had a kinda the same problem. Do the front jets work? if not then there could be something blocking the bottom of the bottle. Normally washingup liquid causes this.

Also where does it plug into on the VW Polo gti, any one got any pics of the socket?

I understand that if i take my car to VW, they pluyg a little cable into it and go yeah this is all broke becuase our PC tells us.

Where can i buy one of these cables and software and does anyone else do it?

two things i thought might something baring in mind is that, if the car was brought brand new then the millage when you got the car would be listed on the form that you send to DVLA. Also if you crash and cause £300 damage to another car then the insurance company would probably not look into it to...

or if there was anywhere that sold them, i guess i could always try buying it from VW Delear as a spare or part.
