Also worth replacing the standard o ring seals which come with the kit for some better seals as the o rings aren't up to the job. Mine leaked because of these.

No sorry just went to look at it for a mate, tis a nice car shame about the popped shock though. Don't know how you managed to bugger it up as it was fine when i went to look at it, its a tidy g40. And by the way all g40 exhaust hang like that nothing wrong with it.

Hi mate Did you buy this car off Wayne in bristol by any chance? The car has had a full engine rebuild by Ashley motorsport and it has had a full blend not long ago. It has also been lowered 40mm and one of the rear shocks is f****d. Good luck with repairing it. The car also has a sns chip, g60 gree...

The eaton conversion can be done using the stock intercooler no need for a new intercooler if you haven't got the cash. You would see a good drop on your intake temperatures after fitting a bigger intercooler though as the eaton runs hotter than a g lader.

lol at this thread and quinny   A 90bhp gt would not beat a 16 valve mk2 unless it was being driven by muppet with the timing out. My mate has a standard 16 valve and that is very similar to my g40 when that was standard. If i was you i would go for the 16 valve mk2, a stock g40 isn't that...

I would go for some 9 by 14 with a 70-80mm drop. Obviously you will need to do some arch work but this is easy. My friend ran 8 by 15 bbs rs01 with 1 inch spacers on the back on a 40mm drop and thats was fine not much arch work had to be done. And it looked amazing, would of looked better on a 70mm ...
