I dont know if there's anything I can do 'bout this - apart from a re-spray, but the "top" lacquer layer of paint is peeling off my car - it kinda looks sunburnt, so the bits that don't have the lacquer are "dull".

I CANNOT afford to go for a full re-spray option, is there anything i can do ...
