Re: ceramic brake pads
Yes, It is the 256mm discs and the EBC part no is D817. Now here is the interesting bit. EBC do a greenstuff pad for the Polo and the part number is DP21329. Although they don't specify a redstuff ceramic pad for the Polo, they do make a DP31329C and this is the exact same pad as dp21329, but in cer...

Re: ceramic brake pads
Having looked at the ATE website and Autodoc, there are several different brake pads listed and I need the PR code for the brakes to find the correct one. The sticker in the service book does not quote a brake PR code. Does anyone know how I can find this out.

ceramic brake pads
I would like to use ceramic brake pads on my VW polo 1.4 petrol in order to reduce brake dust. I have searched ECB pads but they don't do their redstuff pads for the Polo.
Does anyone know of any other brand that does ceramic pads.
thank you.

Do I need to code a second hand airbag module
I have an old 1998 Polo engine AEE. The air bag warning light came on and VCDS stated a fault code 65535. Looking up the fault guide in Elsawin, it suggests that the module needs to be replaced. I hope to use a second hand module. I have removed the module from under the central air vents, (what a p...

Puting 3 door seats into a 5 door car
I have the chance of buying sports seats from a 2007 3 door car. My car is a 5 door. Does anyone know if they will fit.
Also, how good are the sports seats

Upgrading my radio
I have just purchased a Sep 2008 Polo SE 1.4 petrol with 19,000 miles. I want to upgrade the double din radio with CD changer to have blue-tooth, aux in, and preferable appleplay, so I can play music, but would like to ensure the new unit is in keeping with the car's design, i.e dark grey and no fan...
