I think, its mainly due to uk-polos doing the whole 'facebook' thing now too... ive had a few polos mainly 6n's and pop on to give a hand to fellow guys and some ideas, and partly to do my nosey.... also have loads of parts floating round house that I need t get rid of :P IMO I love the wheels.. and...

that'll be an 8v bumper... ie bumper is a 2 piece version upper where reg sits and a lower valance where this grill is?
and best bet would be ebay, here and maybe sign up on club polo aswell... they could be hard to find, not most common :S

there was 2 versions the 8v bumpers which have a long single plastic strip (ie 2 piece bumpers) and also the 'SE' which has been mentioned or also '16v' bumpers which i believe might be a little different (ie 1piece bumpers) ive fitted the 16v/SE versions which are pretty straight forward, personall...

price sounds okay since it is 'legal' ie with the MOT and tax, i paid 300 for my run about, but mine had missing passenger seat foam and sidelights wiring all amngled and previous owner had put on lexus lights :P lol but yea mine was same blue as yours and ive sprayed mine satin black at the moment ...

hey man build is going really strong, loving the seats and small touches ur doing to interior i think i may have asked before, but any insight into the swapping of the dash to the 6n2? was it simple switching or what? also i think u should dump a type r engine in it... always wanted to see a dub mix...

Due to the age I'd say it's a mk4 so your right Just the saloon version basically? Does yours have the same dash or newer, as I believe this is the only change inside wise Outside wise its difficult as body panels are ALL different I'm afraid... But none the less I believe the drivertrain and genera...

nice man, not been on this in a wee bit, and same approach to side strips as to rear badges, just more sticky adhesive... i did say slowly as i chipped mine rushing too lol but yea i think smooth sides look better

Yea just an adhesive holding them on, same with door rub stops There are different techniques, I use a screw driver wrapped in a cloth and pry at it slowly, once off, use either wd40 or white spirit to get excess adhesive off And If uve got the money, buy coilovers, improves handling big time, even ...
