Do not get Michelin pilot premacys, they are rubbish. I keep hearing good things about Toyo Proxes and Pirelli P zeros. None are cheap though especially with a dodgy tyre size like yours (and mine).

www.mytyres.net will get you a good deal.

The best one I know of is Ombrello from weathertec. (www.ombrello.com I think). It is not cheap but one application will last for a year. The main one is Rainex, which you can buy anywhere, but only lasts a few months before you have to reapply. I'm using Ombrello atm and it is excellent. You can dr...

Re: skoda

skoda  enough said! Try to give some friendly advice, and make comments about the usefullness of a spoiler on a shopping trolley with go faster stripes (like mine) and that is the witty reply. It is nice to see so much maturity here when all I was stating was fact, and mentioning that std sp...

Re: Revo Teknic with VAG-COM ?

If you mean for a chip, then a lot of people I know reccomend www.jabbasport.com although if you have a non-turbo petrol engine, the power gains will not be that great for the money, and will be better spent on something else.

The easy way to figure this out is to simply put you foot on the accelerator. If you feel a moments lag before accelerating then you have drive by wire, as you will notice the difference between that and cable acceleration.

Re: spoiler

a rear spoiler is used to get better air flow over the rear of the car and is often used to lower the rear of the car thus making less wind resistance. also finishs off the toop of the boot nicely. im sorry what is the car you drive? But on a car like the polo, or Skoda Fabia which I own, it is not...

As much as spoilers are useless on cars smaller than a Golf, they are only of any use if the car is designed to generate downforce to start with (Hint - nothing like a polo, golf, focus, etc) BUT, for cosmetic reasons, only the std ones look any good, and as it is a VW spoiler you are fitting it wil...

If it was not best, why would the car companies sell it like that.

Is it a VW spoiler or is it from another company.
