Well, I took her in a couple of weeks ago and it turns out it was an easy fix for the water being held in the door. Not enough open drain holes in the door, so they opened some more holes up and now she drains fine! Just thought I'd close the loop in case anyone else has the same problem!

I've noticed this and couldn't work out where the squeek was coming from. Not surprised it's my doors - see my post. I've got one holding onto water and the other one rusting! Have you noticed anything like this?

Tim_GTI, I know it sound well dodgy! I thought you got rust on metal not on dirt. I'm going back in on Monday to get them to look at both doors again.

Polo S MK7 - back doors -passenger holding water

When it rains heavily, water collects inside the passenger side rear door on my 6 month old 07 Polo. When you open the door a lot of water falls out onto your shoes! I've been back to the dealership but the bodyshop says "no fault found". What can I / should I do?
