According to wikipedia, i'm talking about the MKIII and IIIF, but according to the pictures in the thread it's the MKIV... so confusing, but it's a P reg anyway!

Fitting a MKIIIF boot to a MKIII

I doubt this is possible, but it's bugging me!

I have a Polo MKIII, which I think has a nice looking front end, but a slightly unstylish arse. The MKIIIF has a cuter arse, but a much more aggressive looking front end.

Is it possible to fit the boot of a MKIIIF to a MKIII, and then I would have the ...

Cheers pete. I followed your advice - got a bumper for £30, went down to Halfords and spent £30 on spray paint.

One afternoon later, I've got myself a bumper that looks as good as new :-)

Something to do with the braking system I think, but what do they do?

New bumper

Hi Guys,

I had a bit of a prang yesterday and ripped a big hole out of my front bumper.

I spoke to the garage who quoted me £300ish to get a new one, spray it, then attach it. Does that sound a reasonable quote?

Is there a cheaper way of doing it? I can get a knackered out old polo from eBay for ...
