Could use some help - coolant everywhere! :)

So, this past weekend I finally got around to doing my head gasket, tapet cover gasket and exhaust gasket and putting everything back together. Good news is that the engine starts and purrs like a baby with no white smoke. Bad news: I've got a problem, coolant everywhere!

your cars a mk4! the engine however is pretty much the same as the old polos, so its pretty easy to work on. should be do-able in a day so long as the matting surfaces arent corroded

Cambelt

Hiya, I'm a new user to the forums and posted in the MKIII forum previously. I'm the proud new owner of a 1996 3-door VW Polo 1.4L with 84k miles on it. I got her for free and she's got new tires, brakes, battery, etc. Body is in perfect shape and there are only 2 little spots of rust on her.

Now ...

The Polo is in great shape except ...
