Re: MPV went into the side of me - Complications....

It might, except I wasn't in my village at the time, i was in the next town. May be a possible arguement. Thanks for the idea. The MOT didnt pick up anything structural that wasn't due to the accident, just emissions, a dodgy seatbelt, sidelight needing replaced and a bad handbrake.

Re: MPV went into the side of me - Complications....

Verdict back from the garage, failed the MOT. Emissions were a little dodgy. Plus the impact has knocked the body off the chassis. Write off it is.

I'm afraid not, the 3 door versions had longer front doors than the 5 doors, so the rear doors would fit.

Re: insurance on a vw polo 1.0 3dr p reg

My first quote was 1250 from endsleigh, but I was 18 at the time, which may change things a little. As said, have a look around, see what you can get.

MPV went into the side of me - Complications....

Right. I was hit today by a mother in an MPV. She's admitted liability, and I have impartial witnesses to work with who said it was her fault. My problem is this. Once i got home, i checked through all my documents, and realised my MOT was due on friday. Does this screw things up? Any help on where ...

Re: I'm an idiot, please help

Not sure about the vibration, but I've had my starter motor go on me before, and that sounds like the sound mine made before it died. Get it sorted asap, because eventually it'll just conk out on you and you'll be stuck unless you can bump start it. Unfortunately they ain't cheap, cheapest i could f...

If it's S reg you're in the wrong section mate, you want to post this in the Mk4 section! No idea what the problem could be tbh, never heard of it before!

Ronal LS? bit different to the usual BBS list, but still subtle enough to set the car off nicely i reckon :D

Re: THE Polo. 1.8T

I'd say keep it a bit of a sleeper, with just those subtle hints of what it can do. Don't make it like every other guy with a 1.8t lump who's just going to f**k up the outside with bodykits and the like. Make sure the people who know what they're talking about can tell it's serious, but keep everyon...

Re: First car! '96 6N

Didn't expect such a big reply, thanks!! Won't reply to everything, but I've taken it all on board. wasnt planning on writing so much, i just got kind of carried away! Those door pins won't fit the 6n, you want pins from another 6n, or a mk3 golf. Ebay will come up trumps for blades :D just make su...
