It will work with all VAG headunits of the same brand sporting the changer out connection. If I remember right, they're mainly Grundigs.

It won't work on other brands, like Kenwood, Sony, Pioneer, etc.

I can recommend 280s, I have them on my Ibiza (they come as standard) and they work very well.

If the MK4 didn't come with a steering wheel airbag, it'll fit. If it was fitted with an airbage from the factory, it won't.

Its a MK4 Ibiza (2002-), therefore it has a 180bhp 1.8T or a 1.9 PD160.

The MK3 (99-02), which this is not, has a 156bhp 1.8T or a 180bhp 1.8T in the R. They don't make R's anymore!

THE CUPRA IS 180BHP!!!

The old one was 156!
