If you dab a bit with cotton wool its fine. Never had any paint coming off. Electrical cleaner was greeat too. That's just a solvent. Also, GT85. Leave it too soak in for a min or too and it just wipes off.

It didn't take me long to blow up my original fronts! I replaced them with a set of 10cm 2 ways. I used a dremel multi with a drill bit in and enlarged the hole a bit. Still couldn't get it upright to drill the holes so i just did them at a bit of an angle, but they were good enough to get the ...

Ijoined just after the southern meet!!!!! Was gutted. Would have loved to get my mk3 there!

BTW.........Loose the stickers! they won't make bugger all difference to the car, maybe just make it look cleaner and up the value!

I't just down to the spec levels. The genesis came with a 5 speed box. Not sure what the Fox had. The match came in late and had alloys as standard. Not sure of exact specs. I had a 1L CL coupe which was just a 4 speed box, and not a lot else!!! But I still loved it!

i've fitted the G40 brakes to my GT. It's a simple job if your feeling confident. I'd never touched the brakes except to change the pads (with my dads help) but I managed the whole job, including bleeding the front, in an afternoon.

The callipers are a bit wider, about 2mm i think, than the GT and ...
